Do you work inside Sachin GIDC units?
Yes - that is most of our Sachin work. Industrial sheds, godowns, dyeing and textile units, canteens and worker housing. We handle the entry formalities and send the safety documentation before the visit.
Rodents keep getting into our godown. Can you stop them?
We can make it much harder, and that is the honest answer. Rodents come through cable entries, shutter gaps, drain covers and damaged door bottoms. Baiting alone is a treadmill. We map the entry points, tell you which need physically closing, and run a bait station programme around that.
Do you treat worker housing as well as the unit?
Yes, and we would recommend it. Worker accommodation is usually where cockroach and bed bug problems start, and treating only the production area leaves the source untouched.
What documentation do you provide?
Signed service report per visit, treatment schedule, pesticide details with CIB and RC registration under the Insecticides Act, 1968, and technician records - formatted to whichever standard you are audited against.
Is it an annual contract or can we do a one-off?
Either, though industrial premises almost always end up on a scheduled AMC because a single visit does not hold in a shed with constant loading and unloading. Have the inspection first, see the report, then decide.
