How long does the protection last?
The piping stays in place under your floor. How long you stay protected depends on keeping the chemical barrier active, which is what the refills are for. The chemical is recharged periodically through external refill points to keep the barrier active.
Will it damage my floor or interiors?
No. Pipes are installed before flooring, so we never drill your marble, tile or hardwood, and refills happen from junction boxes outside the home.
When must the piping be installed?
During pre-construction, before flooring and backfilling. Contact us early in your project so we can plan the layout.
